Head of Marketing Department in an SMM agency. Remote.

ABOUT US: We need not just a strong SMM specialist, but a person capable of organizing the team's work, controlling the implementation of strategies, and being responsible for achieving set goals.

TASKS: • Control the work of SMM specialists and other team members. • Participate in the development and adjustment of marketing strategies. • Ensure that strategies are not just on paper but are fully implemented. • Control the quality of content, adherence to deadlines, and task completion. • Analyze project indicators and identify the reasons for deviations from goals. • Timely identify weaknesses, risks, and errors in the team's work. • Set tasks, provide reasoned feedback, and achieve correction of shortcomings. • Conduct regular project reviews and propose solutions to improve results. • Build and improve internal department processes. • Be responsible for achieving goals for reach, audience growth, leads, and other agreed-upon indicators.

REQUIREMENTS: • Proven experience in SMM and digital marketing. • Experience in team management and managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Understanding of content marketing, personal branding, and business promotion. • Ability to work with numbers, analytics, and funnels. • Ability to distinguish aesthetically pleasing content from content that solves business problems. • Systemic approach, demandingness, and attention to detail. • Ability to make decisions and not shift responsibility. • Ability to clearly set tasks and control their execution. • Agency experience will be a significant advantage.
