Head of Digital Marketing at Pudov Food Production and Baking Goods Company
Pudov, a manufacturer of food products and baking goods, is looking for a Head of Digital Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Creation of a unified brand and product promotion strategy on the internet
- Analysis and optimization of all existing digital marketing channels, paid and free (SEO), with monthly growth in traffic + conversion to orders from each channel
- Brand analysis, sales analysis, competitive analysis
- Launching new online promotion channels, attracting new clients to the website, achieving conversion to orders
- Website and app maintenance and development from a digital marketing and usability perspective, participation in their development (interaction with technical contractors, writing technical specifications)
- Implementation of a direct marketing platform
- Daily monitoring of key performance indicators for each acquisition channel, analysis/calculation of metrics for timely strategy adjustment and efficient budget allocation
- Planning/approval/defense of the budget for acquisition and promotion channels
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as Head of Digital Marketing
- Experience building an in-house digital team (web analyst, SEO, SMM, etc.)
- Theoretical and practical knowledge in setting up advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Yandex.Direct, Google Analytics)
- Availability of real work case studies
- Love for numbers and analysis
- Advanced Excel skills — VLOOKUP, pivot tables
- Ability to write high-quality technical specifications for contractors and development teams
- Higher education (marketing/technical)
