Aura Show**
Location: Moscow
Salary: from 300,000 RUR
Experience: From 3 to 6 years
We create exhibitions that offer real magic — with full immersion, interactivity, and live characters. We already operate the Harry Potter Universe theme park in St. Petersburg, and are now opening the largest venue in Moscow — in the Central Children's Store on Lubyanka (~2,000 m², 16 themed zones).
We are looking for a Marketing Director – we need not just someone who will assign tasks to contractors and approve content. We are looking for a leader who can look at the project holistically: understand where sales come from, which channels truly work, where we are losing money and visitors, and build a clear, manageable system from all of this.
We need a leader to launch marketing for the project from scratch: build the work of all paid and free channels, and then achieve planned revenue targets.
The main goal of the position is to ensure planned customer traffic to the exhibitions.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Economics:
- Develop and implement the project's marketing strategy
- Formulate the media plan and marketing budget
- Be responsible for achieving the ticket sales plan from the marketing side
- Understand channel economics: CAC/CPA, CPL, ROMI, conversions, ticket sales cost
- Identify growth points and reallocate budget to the most effective areas
- Analyze competitors, the Moscow entertainment market, and audience behavior
- Continuously test new hypotheses, promotion channels, and offers
Analytics and Funnel:
- Build a clear system for marketing analytics and regular reporting
- Monitor data from ticketing systems, ad accounts, website, aggregators, and other channels
- Visualize the entire funnel: from the first contact with advertising to ticket purchase
- Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and work on conversion growth
- Set up regular reports on key marketing indicators
- Conduct A/B tests of creatives, landing pages, offers, and advertising campaigns
- Automate data collection and processing where possible
Performance and Traffic Acquisition:
- Manage paid traffic and performance marketing contractors
- Control Yandex Direct and other advertising channels
- Develop SEO and organic traffic
- Identify new traffic sources and evaluate their effectiveness
- Work with aggregators, maps, platforms, and media
- Develop partner placements and special projects
Content, PR, and Promotion:
- Formulate the overall promotion strategy for the project
- Manage the content direction: social media, Zen, VK, project listings, website, and other platforms
- Assign tasks for creatives and monitor their effectiveness
- Identify news hooks, partnerships, and additional PR opportunities
- Monitor the project's positioning and how it is presented at all customer touchpoints
Team and Contractors:
- Lead the marketing team: set tasks, priorities, and KPIs
- Build processes so that the team understands what they are doing, why, and with what result
- Manage the work of agencies, freelancers, and other contractors
- Conduct negotiations, request and compare proposals, control quality and deadlines
- Find new specialists and contractors if necessary
- Build regular planning and reporting within the department
