Marketing Director (CMO - Chief Marketing Officer).
Location: Saint Petersburg.
Market leader in biotechnology (top 10), creating a unique brand, socially oriented, invites you to join its top team.
This is a strategic role.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Growth Strategy (development and defense of a 3-5 year marketing strategy, including: channels, budgets, KPIs, search and launch of new growth drivers (not only Digital), building a demand system
- Management of the entire channel portfolio
- Brand, PR, and trust
- End-to-end analytics and economics
- Revenue funnel management
- Team management
Candidate Requirements:
Mandatory experience:
- CMO / Head of Marketing experience in a company with revenue from 3–5 billion ₽
- Successful case of exponential business scaling (x3–x10)
- Experience managing budgets of 50+ million ₽ per year
- Strong experience in: performance + brand + PR (in combination)
- Experience with long sales cycles / complex products (EdTech, FinTech, B2C with high average check, B2G)
- Ability to build long-term growth models
- Data-driven approach
- Deep understanding of unit economics
- Experience building brand trust
