Responsibilities:
- Control the implementation of the marketing strategy by internal and external partners;
- Analysis and control of the planned indicators for the vertical, taking corrective measures if necessary. Post-campaign analytics and transparent demonstration of results;
- Formation and implementation of hypotheses for potential growth points of the vertical within marketing and at the intersection with the product;
- Media planning: channel planning, execution control;
- Development, management, control of marketing initiatives implementation;
- Management, task setting, and coordination of work within the team and between departments;
- Development of new offers for the vertical;
- Collection and analysis of market and competitor data, search for best practices;
- Automation of marketing processes and analytical reports;
- Preparation of presentations for internal and external stakeholders;
- Supervision of marketing research, control of creative and communication development;
- Interaction with contracting organizations, full quality and deadline control of their work;
- Functional management of projects and the team.
Candidate Profile:
- Successful experience in media planning and working with digital products at all stages;
- Deep understanding of all digital promotion channels;
- Experience of effective interaction with contractors and control of their work;
- Confident work with marketing analytics, deep understanding of key metrics;
- Management skills, experience in functional leadership of people and projects.
