Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing the annual Performance marketing strategy for Royal Canin and Eukanuba on marketplaces (Ozon, Wildberries) in collaboration with an agency and cross-functional teams;
- Developing a promotion strategy on marketplaces (Ozon, Wildberries) through multiple sellers;
- Planning and implementing Performance campaigns on the Ozon platform in collaboration with an agency: managing investments, optimizing campaigns to achieve target indicators, evaluating ROI, preparing reports;
- Working on increasing the visibility of the Royal Canin and Eukanuba brands on marketplaces: monitoring online shelf share in search results, identifying opportunities to increase the visibility of key products and new arrivals;
- Collaborating with an agency on organic optimization of product cards on Ozon (SEO), improving visual and textual content of cards to increase conversion, testing hypotheses and evaluating the effectiveness of changes;
- Interacting with cross-functional teams to coordinate promotion plans, participate in promotional activities and achieve business indicators;
- Launching media banner advertising through the Performance cabinet for the Royal Canin and Eukanuba brands on Ozon;
- Participating in the approval of commercial terms with contractors and partners, controlling documentation and advertising budgets;
- Leading cross-functional projects.
What we expect from you:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales/marketing and E-Com departments.
- Experience with Performance marketing tools.
- Experience working with marketplaces.
- Media planning experience.
- Experience with SEO promotion on marketplaces.
