Target and Performance Marketing Manager for Ozon Select product

We are looking for a Target and Performance Marketing Manager for the Ozon Select product development team.

Our goal is to grow the Ozon Select product through existing marketing channels.

We are looking for an employee in Moscow, willing to work in the company's head office and in a hybrid format. We are not ready to offer a fully remote work format from other regions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and launching trigger sequences in email, push, and notification center channels;
• Analyzing launched campaigns and proposing hypotheses for improving current mechanics;
• Forming customer segments and stimulating them to purchase;
• Conducting A/B tests and searching for growth points.

We expect:

• At least 1 year of experience with CRM, CDP platforms (Mindbox, Exponea Bloomreach, Emarsys, Sailplay, etc.);
• Readiness for rapid development;
• Understanding of trigger sequence setup;
• Knowledge of what an attribute and an event are;
• Conducting A/B tests;
• Knowledge of CRM metrics.
