Tak i Khodi is a team creating a curly hair story in Russia. Our journey began in 2020 with two curly-haired founders to help people with curly hair embrace who they are. Our mission is to give people with curly hair the attention they have long been denied.
What needs to be done — Develop marketing analytics: a system of metrics and KPIs, end-to-end analytics, funnel analysis, and channel effectiveness analysis — Analyze the market and audience, segment customers, identify their needs and growth points — Develop new customer acquisition through performance marketing, digital channels, bloggers, placements, partnerships, and SEO — Develop CRM and retention: work with the customer base, repeat purchases, customer reactivation, loyalty programs, and cross-selling — Manage email marketing: develop strategy, segment the database, create layouts, launch, and analyze mailings in Unisender — Work with bloggers: search and select platforms, launch integrations, monitor placements, and prepare reports — Plan and launch marketing campaigns, manage the budget, analyze effectiveness, and prepare reports — Work with the Tilda website, participate in integrations and adjustments, analyze user behavior — Maintain advertising reporting in OРД Ozon
