Hello!
We are the YCLIENTS team, a platform for business automation in the service industry: beauty, sports, medicine, and other areas. YCLIENTS is part of the VK ecosystem.
We are looking for a CRM / Lifecycle Marketer to help build systematic communications with two audiences:
- B2B clients — companies using YCLIENTS;
- B2C users — their visitors who book services through our products.
The priority of the position is the development of customer scenarios throughout the entire life cycle: from activation and first successful experience to regular use, expansion, and retention.
What you will be doing:
- Develop a CRM strategy for key B2B and B2C audience segments.
- Audit current communications, data, segments, and customer scenarios.
- Design trigger-based onboarding and automated sequences at different stages of the life cycle.
- Help B2B clients master product capabilities, increase feature adoption, and find new use cases for YCLIENTS.
- Develop omnichannel communications across email, Telegram, MAX, web, and mobile interfaces.
- Segment the audience and select relevant messages, offers, channels, and contact frequencies for each segment.
- Formulate a communication policy: priorities, contact rules, frequency limits, and campaign overlap logic.
- Together with analysts, evaluate the impact of communications on activation, adoption, conversion, retention, churn, and LTV.
- Quickly launch pilots, test hypotheses, and scale successful scenarios.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and development teams to improve data, events, and tools necessary for personalized communications.
What is important to us:
- At least three years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing.
- Practical experience with B2B SaaS, subscription products, trial funnels, or PLG/self-service models.
- Proficient in CRM or marketing automation platforms: Mindbox, Customer.io, Braze, Carrot quest, Encharge, or equivalents.
- Ability to independently design segments, triggers, scenarios, and the logic of automated sequences.
- Understanding of product metrics: Activation Rate, Trial-to-Paid, Adoption, Retention, Churn, ARPU, and LTV.
- Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog, or other product analytics systems.
- Understanding of event-based data models: events, properties, user profiles, cohorts.
- Ability to evaluate not only views and clicks but also the impact of communications on product behavior and business results.
- Ability to write concisely, clearly, and without corporate jargon — especially for a small business audience.
- Ability to work with a designer: formulate an idea, assign a task, and evaluate how well the creative solves the business problem.
- Readiness to quickly prototype, test hypotheses, and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with setting up Telegram bots, WhatsApp Business API, and other messenger channels will be an advantage, but not mandatory.
Why this role is interesting:
You will be working with tens of thousands of B2B clients and millions of B2C users. This is an opportunity not just to send out newsletters but to participate in creating a communication platform: influence customer scenarios, data, product mechanics, and the offer system.
We agree on interaction formats, scope of responsibilities, success criteria, and necessary resources. You will have room for initiative and the opportunity to independently propose ways to achieve results.
What we offer:
- Transparent and competitive salary, employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
- Hybrid work schedule.
- Equipment for work;
- Voluntary medical insurance after the probationary period;
- Support in difficult situations – we are not just a company, we are a community;
- Corporate discounts BestBenefits – sports, travel, restaurants, courses, even cosmetics;
- A team where everyone is on "you" terms – no dress code, no hierarchy, just trust.
