We are looking for a strong retention marketer who knows how to work with a large client base not only at the level of mailings but also at the level of full CRM logic: segmentation, auto-funnels, triggers, customer reactivation, and increasing repeat activity.
It is essential to have experience in high-load B2C online projects where it is important to react quickly to changes in user behavior, work with reactivation, and build different scenarios for individual segments.
Responsibilities:
- segmentation of a large client base by activity, behavior, recency of last action, customer value, and other criteria;
- building auto-funnels for different stages of the customer journey: registration, activation, first transaction (purchase/payment), repeat activity, return, reactivation;
- setting up trigger communications and scenarios based on customer events;
- working with SMS, push, email, Telegram, and in-app personal cabinet communications;
- developing mechanics with bonuses, cashback, promo codes, and personalized offers;
- analyzing funnel stage conversions and identifying points where customers are lost;
- cohort analysis and assessment of the behavior of different base segments;
- A/B testing of texts, offers, mechanics, and communication timing;
- analyzing the effectiveness of retention channels and individual campaigns;
- forming hypotheses for increasing repeat activity and LTV;
- assigning tasks to analysts, designers, CRM, and IT specialists.
What is important to us:
- relevant experience in retention / CRM marketing;
- experience in building auto-funnels;
- experience working with a large base and complex segmentation;
- deep understanding of metrics: retention, reactivation, conversion, LTV, churn;
- ability to work with numbers and independently draw conclusions from campaign results;
- experience in Entertainment, GameDev, FinTech, or E-commerce with a high frequency of transactions will be a big advantage;
- proactivity and the ability to independently find growth points.
Separately important: confident use of AI tools. Not only for writing texts but also for accelerating analytics, preparing hypotheses, segmentation, personalizing communications, building scenarios, and automating some routine work.
