Hi! We are an iGaming operator launching a new brand and retention direction from scratch. We are currently at the early-stage phase and are looking for the first CRM/Retention Manager to join the team, who will be able to build the retention / CRM processes from scratch and subsequently participate in the development of the direction within the company.
Key tasks: — Building the retention direction from scratch — Integration and setup of the Customer.io CRM platform with the in-house product platform — Launch and development of CRM communications — Development of retention and reactivation strategies for players in the RF / CIS GEO — Audience segmentation and building lifecycle scenarios — Work with communication channels: Email / SMS / Push / In-App / Telegram / WhatsApp — Conducting A/B tests and launching retention hypotheses — Analysis of user behavior and identification of growth points for retention and LTV — Building automated retention scenarios — Interaction with affiliate and support teams
Requirements: — At least 3 years of experience in iGaming — Experience in retention / CRM / lifecycle marketing — Experience working with the casino vertical — Understanding of retention economics and player behavior — Experience working with CRM platforms and automation tools — Solid understanding of key retention metrics: Retention Rate, LTV, ARPU / ARPPU, Churn Rate, Repeat Deposit Rate, Cohort Analysis, ROI retention campaigns — Analytical approach and ability to independently analyze retention / quality traffic at the start — Understanding of the specifics of the RF / CIS market will be a big plus — Readiness to independently build processes in a startup / early-stage environment — Independence, initiative, and readiness to work hands-on at the start
