🎯 CRM Manager (iGaming)

We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager with mandatory experience in iGaming.

Key tasks: • Development and implementation of CRM strategy • Player segmentation (RFM) • Launching Email, Push, SMS, and Onsite campaigns • Player reactivation and A/B testing • Analysis of key CRM metrics (Retention, LTV, GGR, Conversion)

Requirements: ✅ 2+ years of experience in CRM / Retention ✅ Mandatory experience in ✅ Experience with CRM systems and analytics ✅ Strong analytical skills
