🚀 Senior CRM Manager | Remote | iGaming

Our client — an established iGaming company launching a new project for a Tier-1 market — is looking for a Senior CRM Manager to build retention strategy from the ground up.

What you'll do: 🔹 Build CRM infrastructure in Customer.io — journeys, segments, flows — from scratch 🔹 Own retention & repeat-revenue growth across email, push, in-app 🔹 Partner with the Casino Manager on promo & bonus strategy

What we need: ✅ 3–5+ years in CRM/retention (iGaming or similar) ✅ Hands-on Customer.io experience — mandatory ✅ English B1, Ukrainian/Russian
