We are looking for a Middle CRM Manager who knows how to turn player data into personalized experiences, increase retention, boost LTV, and bring players back again and again.

What needs to be done:
- Develop and implement CRM strategy for growth of retention, LTV, and player engagement;
- Launch and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app);
- Build and improve trigger chains: welcome, activation, retention, reactivation, and VIP journeys;
- Segment the player base by activity, deposits, behavior, and churn risk;
- Manage the bonus system and promotions (free spins, deposit bonuses, cashback, tournaments);
- Conduct A/B tests of communications and offers;
- Analyze campaign and funnel effectiveness (CR, ARPU, LTV, churn);
- Optimize player journey and personalize communications;
- Monitor data quality in CRM and integration correctness;
- Interact with Product, BI, Marketing, and Anti-Fraud teams;
- Manage the full player lifecycle — from registration to retention and reactivation.
What we expect:
- 1+ year of experience as CRM Manager in iGaming;
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach;
- Experience in player segmentation and lifecycle communications;
- Practical experience in launching mass and trigger campaigns;
- Ability to conduct A/B tests and analyze results;
- Skill in effective work within a cross-functional team;
- English — Upper-Intermediate (B2).
Will be a plus:
- Experience with Optimove;
- Experience with African, Australian, or European markets.
