We are looking for a CRM Specialist to develop the VIP segment in an international iGaming project. The focus is on VIP communications, bonus mechanics, player segmentation, customer journey automation, and analysis of CRM activity effectiveness.

🔹 What you will do: • Develop and launch VIP promotions and bonus mechanics • Segment players and create targeted segments • Configure automated scenarios and customer journeys • Formulate a CRM activity calendar • Conduct A/B testing of bonus mechanics and campaigns • Analyze player behavior and CRM campaign effectiveness • Optimize CRM activities based on data • Develop retention and reactivation mechanics for VIP players

🔹 What is important: • From 1.5 years of experience in CRM, mandatory in iGaming • Experience specifically in the CRM Manager / CRM Specialist position • Experience with non-Tier 1 GEO — Uzbekistan, African countries, Russia are prioritized • Experience working with CRM systems • Russian and English languages • Understanding of key metrics: Retention Rate, LTV, Average Deposit • Confident PC user
