Retention / LTV Manager

We are expanding our team and looking for Retention / LTV Managers who will be responsible for user retention, increasing the number of re-deposits, and LTV growth.

🎯 Key Tasks • Manage and segment the user base in CRM by streamers and squads: new users without deposits, active players, inactive audience, VIPs and High-Rollers. • Set up and launch automated funnels, trigger emails, and personalized offers through the multibot. • Work with bonus mechanics: promo codes, Free Spins (FS), cashback, and special offers for different audience segments. • Support VIP players and High-Rollers: build individual communication in Telegram, promptly react to in-game events, and coordinate the provision of stipulated bonuses. • Develop and launch reactivation campaigns for users who have been inactive for more than 14 days. • Analyze player behavior and the effectiveness of retention campaigns, identify growth points for re-deposits and LTV. • Prepare technical specifications for the SMM department and streamers for the creation of special promo codes and offers for specific audience segments. • Track key metrics for each streamer and squad, prepare reports on campaign results. • Work with the TG ID → Casino ID link for correct user matching and activity tracking.

👤 Candidate Profile • Experience in Retention, CRM Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or iGaming will be an advantage. • Understanding of key metrics: Retention Rate, LTV, Re-deposit Rate, Churn Rate, and Average Check. • Experience in segmenting the user base and working with CRM systems. • Skills in setting up automated funnels, trigger emails, and personalized communications. • Understanding of mechanics for reactivating inactive users and increasing repeat conversions. • Ability to analyze data, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions. • Skills in personal communication with VIP clients, ability to build long-term relationships with users. • Systematic approach, independence, and results-orientation. • Ability to interact with the SMM team, streamers, and other related departments.
