Retention / CRM Manager (iGaming) 📍 Remote

We are looking for an experienced Retention / CRM Manager in the iGaming industry to work in a fully remote format. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and work with high-revenue player segments.

🚀 Responsibilities

• Management and optimization of all user retention tools and processes:

  • Gamification
  • Player personalization and segmentation
  • CRM communications (SMS, email, push notifications)
  • Bonus and loyalty mechanics

• Evaluation and validation of the platform's current retention tools

• Decision-making regarding the improvement of internal solutions or integration of third-party services (e.g., Smartico)

• Development of strategies for reactivating high-value players (VIP, whales)

• Close collaboration with VIP Manager to increase player LTV

🎯 Requirements

• iGaming experience of 3–5 years (mandatory)
• Deep understanding of CRM and retention strategies
• Experience with segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing
• Proven experience with VIP and high-value players
• Analytical thinking and data-driven approach
• Excellent communication skills
