What's important: • 2+ years of experience in CRM / Email Marketing / Retention (experience in iGaming) • Experience with CRM platforms (FastTrack, Optimove, Smartico, Exponea, or similar) • Understanding of email marketing, segmentation, automation, and A/B testing • English — B2+ • Spanish — will be an advantage

launching and optimizing email campaigns, automated CRM sequences, omnichannel communications (Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp), analyzing effectiveness, and increasing retention/LTV.
