What's important: β’ 2+ years of experience in CRM / Email Marketing / Retention (experience in iGaming) β’ Experience with CRM platforms (FastTrack, Optimove, Smartico, Exponea, or similar) β’ Understanding of email marketing, segmentation, automation, and A/B testing β’ English β B2+ β’ Spanish β will be an advantage
launching and optimizing email campaigns, automated CRM sequences, omnichannel communications (Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp), analyzing effectiveness, and increasing retention/LTV.
