CRM/Retention Manager | iGaming | Remote

We are looking for a CRM / Retention Manager for a fast-growing iGaming company. This role is ideal for a hands-on, data-driven specialist who is ready to take full ownership of the CRM and retention strategy.

What's important:

• 4+ years of experience in CRM/Retention in iGaming
• Experience with LATAM and EU markets
• Understanding of CRM systems, ideally Customer IO
• Strong understanding of bonus economics and its impact on NGR/LTV
• Confident work with analytics, cohorts, and A/B tests.
• Hands-on approach
• Build a retention system: segments, triggers, promos, bonuses, A/B tests, and everything that affects retention, churn, ROI, and reg2dep.
