Senior Retention Manager (CRM) — international B2C iGaming product
Location: remote Format: full-time
Hi there 👋 Our CRM team is in a growth phase and transitioning to Optimove. We are looking for a strong expert to take full ownership of the Retention direction (Engagement segment).
What needs to be done: — Independently design, implement, and test automated and event-driven trigger scenarios manually. — Influence business metrics: grow Retention Rate, LTV, ARPU, NGR with strict control over Bonus Cost. — Build personalization, frequency management, logic, and manage database load. — Independently manage data-driven processes: generate hypotheses, launch A/B tests, and conduct deep cohort post-analysis. — Build a seamless CJM in conjunction with the product, analytics, and content teams.
Our expectations: — 4+ years of experience in CRM/Retention (iGaming, Fintech, GameDev) with proven ownership of the direction. — Analytical independence: ability to work with data without constant involvement of the BI team. — English language proficiency from B2 — Experience migrating or implementing CRM platforms will be a plus.
Conditions: — Remote work from anywhere in the world (basic timezone GMT+3). — Employment under a B2B contract, income in USD. — Paid vacation (20 working days) and sick leave. — Coverage of 70% of professional training expenses after the probation period.
