We are an international iGaming project with 6+ years of experience in the market. We are currently expanding actively and looking for a strong specialist for our CRM team to work with international markets!

What you will do: • Develop and build automated scenarios (Customer Journey) in Email, Push, SMS, In-app channels • Work with the promo plan, promotions, selection and setup of ready-made bonus mechanics for audience segments • Conduct A/B tests of offers and hypotheses, analyze key metrics (Open Rate, CTR, Churn, LTV) • Cross-functionally interact with design, content, and analytics teams (set tasks) • Make basic edits to HTML/CSS email templates promptly if necessary

What is important to us: • Experience of 2+ years in iGaming as a CRM / Retention Manager (knowledge of casino and sports specifics) • Conversational English (fluent) for working with a global product • Understanding of the logic of bonus mechanics, base segmentation principles, and A/B testing • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
