Senior CRM / Retention Manager (iGaming)
We are looking for a Senior CRM / Retention Manager for an international iGaming product operating in Tier-1 markets.
Responsibilities: —Develop the product's CRM and retention strategy. —Build the Customer Journey at all stages of the player's lifecycle. —Launch and optimize email, push, SMS, and in-app communications. —Create trigger scenarios (welcome, retention, winback, etc.). —Work with segmentation, VIP audience, and bonus mechanics. —Analyze key metrics (LTV, ARPPU, DAU, Churn, Cohort, etc.). —Conduct A/B tests and improve the effectiveness of CRM campaigns. —Work with banners, dynamic content, and Customer.io.
We expect: —At least 2 years of experience as a CRM / Retention Manager in iGaming (online casino). —Experience working with Tier-1 GEOs. —Proficient in Customer.io. —Understanding of the player lifecycle, VIP segmentation, and reactivation. —Experience with product metrics and A/B testing.
