We are seeking a Senior CRM Manager with experience in iGaming (Casino / Sportsbook) to develop retention and player engagement strategies.
📌 Responsibilities: • Develop CRM and retention strategies • Work with RFM and behavioral segmentation • Launch lifecycle and reactivation campaigns • Manage Email / Push / Onsite communications • Analyze Retention, LTV, GGR, Conversion Rates • Conduct A/B tests and improve CRM metrics
✅ Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in CRM / Retention • Mandatory experience in iGaming • Understanding of Casino and/or Sportsbook verticals • Data-driven approach and strong analytics
