Senior CRM Manager (iGaming)

Vacancy: Senior CRM Manager (iGaming) Work Format: Remote (anywhere except Russia) Salary Range: Negotiable

About Us: International iGaming holding company, operating in tier-1 markets. Within the ecosystem, we have our own online brands, a platform for launching and managing iGaming projects, as well as solutions in development, payments, and gambling.

Responsibilities: — Configure and maintain trigger communications: technical emails/SMS, segmented flows — Create and update promo campaigns — Set up bonuses, tournaments, wheels of fortune, and lotteries in the Back Office — Monitor retention metrics and launch promotions based on them — Analyze campaign results and assign tasks for analytics

Candidate Profile: — 2+ years of experience in CRM / Retention within iGaming — Practical experience launching multi-channel campaigns in Customer.io (email, push, SMS, in-app) — Ability to segment and personalize for different player categories — Understanding of retention and monetization metrics: LTV, churn, ARPU, ARPPU — Skill in campaign analysis, working with reports, and A/B tests — Attention to detail, systematic approach, ideas for engagement — Confident work with AI (Claude, ChatGPT)

Will be a plus: — English from B2 level — Basic Figma skills
