🚀 Responsibilities Develop and implement CRM and retention strategies. Segment players by activity, deposits, behavior, and LTV. Launch bonus and promo campaigns: free spins, cashback, tournaments, missions, and reactivation mechanics. Build user scenarios from registration to churn prevention and reactivation. Manage communications via email, SMS, push, and in-app. Analyze results, conduct A/B tests, and optimize campaigns.

🎯 Expectations Experience in CRM / Retention / Lifecycle Marketing in iGaming, online casino, or betting. For Lead — from 2 years of experience, for Middle — from 1 year. Hands-on experience with segmentation, CRM systems, and marketing automation. Understanding of Retention, Churn, Reactivation, LTV, ARPU, Conversion, GGR, and NGR metrics. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets. English language — Intermediate and above.

💻 Conditions Fully remote work. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour workday. Probationary period — 3 months. Minimum bureaucracy and the opportunity to directly influence the product.
