CRM Specialist

🔍 We are looking for a CRM Specialist for our iGaming team! We are a dynamic company in the iGaming sector, looking for an attentive and proactive CRM Specialist to join our growing department. The position is fully remote and open to candidates worldwide (excluding candidates located in the Russian Federation).

Responsibilities: • Launching campaigns via email, SMS, push, and in-app channels • Setting up automated flows and trigger messages • Creating templates, preparing briefs for designers and copywriters • A/B testing, monitoring metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, churn) • Quality control before launch, working with segmentation and behavioral scenarios

What's important: • 2+ years of experience in CRM / lifecycle marketing (iGaming experience is a plus) • Proficient in CRM platforms • Understanding of funnels, triggers, and behavioral targeting • Attention to detail, working with Excel / dashboards • Excellent communication skills, teamwork • Fluent Russian and English
