📌 About the Role: We are looking for a CRM Manager to drive player engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for segmentation, campaign management, and continuous optimization of CRM performance.
📝 Responsibilities: — Implement and develop RFM segmentation. — Build and manage CRM content plans by segments. — Manage communication channels (Email / Push / Onsite). — Work with casino content (slots, providers, tournaments). — Personalize offers and player journeys. — Launch and optimize reactivation campaigns. — Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaign performance. — Analyze key metrics (deposits, retention, LTV) and improve efficiency.
✅ Requirements: — 2+ years of experience in CRM / Retention. — Experience in iGaming / Casino industry. — Strong understanding of funnels and key metrics. — Experience with segmentation (RFM is a plus). — Analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
🎯 First Months / Probation Goals: — RFM segmentation implemented. — CRM plan structured by segments. — Improved conversion from One → Active users. — Reactivation campaigns launched. — Increased efficiency of CRM communications. — Measurable improvements through A/B testing and analytics.
