🍀CRM Manager (IGaming)
We are launching a new iGaming project in the LATAM market and are looking for a CRM Manager who will be responsible for developing player communications and growing retention metrics.
Responsibilities: -Setup and management of CRM channels: email, SMS, push, pop-ups -Building and optimizing trigger communications (lifecycle, reactivation, retention) -Segmentation of the user base and personalization of communications -Development and implementation of retention mechanics (gamification, mystery box, advent calendars, wheel of fortune) -Analysis of campaign effectiveness and work with key metrics (CR, retention, LTV) -Hypothesis testing and improvement of user experience
Requirements: -Experience as a CRM Manager from 2 years (iGaming / betting / digital products) -Experience with CRM systems (Customer.io, Smartico or similar) -Understanding of retention principles and user behavior
