📌Your tasks: — Development and implementation of CRM strategy and communication calendar; — Player segmentation; — Launch and management of customer retention campaigns using email, SMS, push notifications, and bonus mechanics; — Analysis of key metrics: retention rate, churn, LTV, campaign conversion rates; — Regular A/B testing and hypothesis generation; — Collaboration with design, content, and analytics teams.

📌Your unique contribution: — Over 2 years of experience in CRM marketing within the iGaming industry; — Understanding of the product specifics and target audience; — Basic HTML knowledge; — Experience with CRM systems; — Experience with gamification tools is a plus; — Experience with analytical tools; — Attention to detail, structured thinking, and ability to prioritize in a multitasking environment.
