We have an opening for a middle/middle+ CRM manager!

I am currently looking for a CRM manager for an international iGaming company 😊

🌟Tasks: • Launching and setting up CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app); • Database segmentation and audience management; • Working with automation; • Preparing content and setting up automated flows; • Designing, adapting, and updating CRM flows for the needs of various projects (Miro and similar tools); • Monitoring and optimizing campaign effectiveness (Open Rate, CTR, Retention, LTV); • Collaborating with designers, copywriters, and analysts; • Initiating and conducting A/B tests.

⚒️We expect: • At least 1.5 years of experience in CRM/Retention marketing; • Experience with automation; • Attentiveness, organization, and a systematic approach to work; • Basic knowledge of CRM tools (ESP, CDP, Amplitude/GA, analytics); • Experience in iGaming/Gambling/Betting will be an advantage.
