🍀CRM Manager (IGaming)

We are launching a new iGaming project in the LATAM market and are looking for a CRM Manager who will be responsible for developing player communications and growing retention metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Setup and management of CRM channels: email, SMS, push, pop-ups
• Building and optimizing triggered communications (lifecycle, reactivation, retention)
• User base segmentation and communication personalization
• Development and implementation of retention mechanics (gamification, mystery box, advent calendars, wheel of fortune)
• Analysis of campaign effectiveness and work with key metrics (CR, retention, LTV)
• Hypothesis testing and user experience improvement

Requirements:

• CRM Manager experience from 2 years (iGaming / betting / digital products)
• Experience with CRM systems (Customer.io, Smartico or equivalents)
• Understanding of retention principles and user behavior
• ENG - B2/ RU - Native
