Vacancy: CRM Manager Work Format: Remote (everywhere except the Russian Federation) Salary Range: from $2500

About Us: An international iGaming holding, operating in tier-1 markets. Within the ecosystem, we have our own online brands, a platform for launching and managing iGaming projects, as well as solutions in development, payments, and gambling.

Responsibilities:

• Set up external trigger communications and keep them up-to-date (technical emails/SMS, segmented trigger sequences)
• Set up and create promo campaigns, maintain their relevance
• Configure bonuses, tournaments, wheels of fortune, lotteries in the back office
• Track key retention metrics and build promo campaigns based on them
• Analyze campaign results and assign tasks for analytics

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in CRM / Retention Marketing within iGaming
• Practical experience in launching and managing multi-channel CRM campaigns in Customer.io (email, push, SMS, in-app)
• Ability to work with segmentation and personalization for different user categories
• Understanding of key retention and monetization metrics (LTV, churn, ARPU, ARPPU, etc.)
• Skills in analyzing campaign effectiveness, experience with reports and A/B tests
• Attention to detail, systematic approach, ability to propose new ideas for increasing player engagement
• Ability to use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT)
