Responsibilities:
— Player lifecycle management (onboarding → VIP)
— Launching and optimizing CRM campaigns (Push / Email / SMS / Telegram)
— Bonus economics and gamification
— Segmentation and A/B tests (LTV, Retention, ARPU)
Requirements:
— 3+ years in CRM / Retention (iGaming)
— Strong analytics + understanding of user behavior
— SQL, CRM platforms (Braze, Optimove)
— English B2+
