A new top product in the iGaming sphere is looking for an experienced CRM Retention Manager LATAM to join the team.
Responsibilities: — Player lifecycle management (onboarding → VIP) — Launch and optimization of CRM campaigns (Push / Email / SMS / Telegram) — Bonus economics and gamification — Segmentation and A/B tests (LTV, Retention, ARPU)
Requirements: — 3+ years in CRM / Retention (iGaming) — Strong analytics + understanding of user behavior — SQL, CRM platforms (Braze, Optimove) — English B2+
