CRM Manager (LATAM) — iGaming
Remote | LATAM | Full-time
iGaming (casino + sportsbook) on Phoenix365, growth towards World Cup 2026. We are looking for a CRM Manager with a focus on retention.
What to do: • Lifecycle CRM (onboarding, retention, reactivation) • Segmentation and trigger campaigns • Channels: email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram • A/B and uplift tests (control groups) • Promotions and analytics
KPIs: • Incremental Revenue (key) • Uplift Rate / Cost per Reactivation / D30
Mandatory requirements: · Over 2 years of experience in CRM within the iGaming sphere (casino/bookmakers) · Practical experience with a CRM system or customer engagement platform (Optimove, Fast Track, Smartico, or similar — experience with Phoenix365 will be an advantage) · Understanding of the player lifecycle: FTD → D1/D3/D7 → churn → reactivation · Ability to work with player segments, not just mass mailings · Fluent in English and Spanish · Experience working in the Latin American market · Knowledge of effectiveness testing methods / control groups · Basic SQL knowledge or ability to work with data exports
Conditions: • Remote, LATAM working hours • Growth to Head of CRM • Salary review after 60 days
