CRM Manager — LATAM Market Format: Remote work Languages: Spanish, Portuguese, English Region: Latin America
About Us We are an international iGaming company focused on the Latin American markets. We are developing our own online product and building a strong team that knows how to work with players for the long term. Who We Are Looking For A CRM Manager who will take full ownership of the CRM communication cycle for the LATAM market: from segmentation and strategy to campaign launch and analytics. You will influence player retention, LTV, and reactivation by building personalized communications across all available channels.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement CRM strategy for Latin American markets Build and manage lifecycle communications: onboarding, retention, reactivation, churn prevention Segment player base and set up personalized trigger flows Launch and optimize campaigns via email, push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram Plan the promo calendar: bonuses, tournaments, seasonal promotions Conduct A/B tests (subject lines, offers, send times, channels) and scale successful hypotheses Analyze metrics: open rate, CTR, conversion, retention rate, LTV by segments Work with the CRM platform (setting up automations, templates, segments) Collaborate closely with Retention (calls), VIP, Marketing, and Product departments Adapt communications to the cultural and linguistic nuances of LATAM countries (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, etc.)
Our Expectations
At least 2 years of experience as a CRM Manager (iGaming, betting, fintech – a strong advantage) Experience in the LATAM market – mandatory Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese – mandatory English or Russian – for internal communication Experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms (Optimove, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Customer.io, or similar) Understanding of lifecycle marketing, player journey, and behavioral segmentation Data analysis skills: SQL – a plus, proficient work with Excel/Google Sheets – mandatory Experience conducting A/B tests and making data-driven decisions Residency in Latin America – desirable (to align with time zones and understand the audience) Autonomy, initiative, ability to work at a fast pace
