We are looking for a Middle CRM Retention Manager for an international iGaming project to work with the LATAM market.

What you will do:
• Develop and launch CRM campaigns for player retention, reactivation, and engagement;
• Segment the audience and build personalized communications;
• Work with email, push, SMS, and onsite channels;
• Analyze the effectiveness of CRM activities and suggest improvements;
• Launch A/B tests and verify new hypotheses;
• Work with bonus mechanics, promotions, and offers for various player segments;
• Interact with BI, product, marketing, and VIP teams.
What we expect:
• 2+ years of experience in CRM / Retention Marketing;
• Experience in iGaming is mandatory;
• Understanding of key CRM metrics: Retention Rate, Reactivation Rate, Conversion Rate, LTV;
• Experience with automated CRM flows and user segmentation;
• Data analysis skills and ability to make decisions based on metrics;
• English at a confident working communication level.
