We’re looking for a hands-on CRM Manager to own and grow our lifecycle & retention programme across LatAm and Europe.

Our CRM infrastructure is already live — journeys, segmentation, templates and Customerio are in place. Your job is to run it, optimise it and scale it across new markets.

What you'll do • Own the full player lifecycle: onboarding, activation, retention, churn and reactivation. • Build and optimise automated journeys and event-driven campaigns in Customerio • Manage segmentation, personalisation and multi-channel communication across email, push, SMS and in-app. • Run A/B tests and measure incremental impact using control groups. • Work with Retention, VIP, Product and Analytics teams. • Own CRM performance reporting and deposit attribution. • Launch and localise CRM for new European markets.

What we're looking for • 3+ years in CRM / Lifecycle / Retention, with 2+ years in iGaming, betting, trading or another high-frequency transactional product. • Strong hands-on experience with Customerio, Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo or similar (mandatory) • You can build journeys, segments and templates yourself — you're not just a campaign manager. • Strong understanding of retention, LTV, NGR, churn and bonus economics. • Data-driven mindset and experience with A/B testing and attribution. • Languages: Fluent English + professional/native Spanish or Portuguese. Working knowledge of the other is required.
