We are looking for a strong CRM marketer, ready to build the retention department almost from scratch and influence key product metrics.

🎯 Tasks:

• Development of CRM strategy and retention marketing;
• Setting up and launching CRM campaigns (email, push, sms, in-app);
• User segmentation and player lifecycle management;
• Building trigger and promo campaigns;
• Analysis of CRM activity effectiveness (retention, LTV, churn, ARPU);
• Interaction with marketing, product, and analytics teams.

✅ Mandatory requirements: — At least 2 years of experience as a CRM marketer in iGaming; — Understanding of the specifics of the iGaming market and player behavior; — Experience in audience segmentation and building CRM funnels.

⭐️** Will be a plus:** — Experience with GEO Asia or LATAM; — Experience with international iGaming projects.
