Head of CRM

OneUpHiring - Recruitment Agency. We hire employees on behalf of our clients in the IT, Web3, iGaming, Adult18+, Digital sectors.

A fast-growing crypto-casino project (re-launch) targeting an international audience. The product operates exclusively in the crypto segment - no fiat. The team is built on a startup principle: high autonomy, ownership, and a hands-on approach.

⚡️Responsibilities: • Development and full implementation of CRM/Retention strategy: from onboarding to reactivation and VIP. • Setup and management of all CRM flows in Smartico: automation, segmentation, trigger chains, bonus mechanics. • Campaign management across all channels: Email, Push (web/mobile), Telegram, Pop-up, In-app Inbox. • Independent creation of CRM content (emails, pop-ups, banners, promo texts) - with a high level of English. • Domain warm-up setup, management of domain and IP reputation, deliverability control. • Analytics: working with BI reports, setting up automated reports (Looker Studio / Google Data Studio or similar), A/B tests. • Development of bonus offers (free spins, cashback, reload, missions, etc.) considering bonus economics.

⚡️Requirements: • Experience in iGaming: casino, crypto-casino MANDATORY. • Minimum 2 years of work in a crypto project (crypto-casino or crypto-fintech with a transition from fiat casino). • Experience working in a successful, established project. • Hands-on experience in Smartico: from 6 months - deep knowledge of all constructors, automation, travel setup, and bonuses. • Analytical mindset: understanding of LTV, ARPU, retention rate, cohort analysis, bonus economics. • Fluent English (written and spoken).
