CRM/Retention Manager Required
Start Up in the gambling / betting vertical, focusing on measurable results, proprietary technologies, and data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Development and optimization of email flows for user onboarding, retention, and reactivation;
- Preparation of audience segments and setup of content newsletters;
- Formation of technical specifications for cross-functional teams: design, analytics;
- Creation and implementation of automated email sequences in Customer.io or other services;
- Monitoring of deliverability metrics, managing sender reputation, and minimizing emails landing in spam;
- Analysis of campaign effectiveness (OR, CTR, conversions) and identification of growth opportunities.
What we expect:
- Experience in iGaming/Gambling for 1-2 years;
- Understanding of the technical principles of email, SMS, push notifications;
- Understanding of key communication metrics and methods for improving them;
- Skills in creating conversion-focused content for email newsletters.
