We are a Start Up in the gambling / betting vertical and focus on measurable results, proprietary technologies, and data-driven solutions.

What you will be doing:

• Developing and optimizing email flows for user onboarding, retention, and reactivation;
• Preparing audience segments and setting up content newsletters;
• Generating technical specifications for cross-functional teams: design, analytics;
• Creating and implementing automated email sequences in Customer.io or other services;
• Monitoring deliverability metrics, working on sender reputation, and minimizing emails landing in spam;
• Analyzing campaign effectiveness (OR, CTR, conversions) and identifying growth opportunities.

What we expect:

• Experience in iGaming/Gambling from 1-2 years;
• Understanding of the technical principles of email, SMS, push notifications;
• Understanding of key communication metrics and methods for improving them;
• Skills in creating conversion-oriented content for email newsletters.
