#vacancy #вакансия 🚀 Head of Retention / Head of CRM | iGaming Looking for a strong Head of Retention / Head of CRM for an international iGaming product. This role is for someone who knows how to not only manage CRM tools and retention mechanics, but also to build the direction at the strategy, team, and business levels.

What will be in your area of responsibility: 🔹 Managing the Retention team and interacting with adjacent departments; 🔹 Forming and auditing user funnels for Onboarding / Retention / Reactivation; 🔹 Developing and implementing a retention department development strategy; 🔹 Segmenting the user base and developing retention mechanics; 🔹 Forming a product calendar and prioritizing initiatives; 🔹 Analyzing the effectiveness of the direction, systematizing processes, and regular reporting; 🔹 Forming and managing a backlog of tasks for internal CDP development; 🔹 Controlling the budget and cost-effectiveness of the direction.

Who we are looking for: 🔸 5+ years of experience in gambling / betting / iGaming; 🔸 Experience managing a Retention/CRM team or experience as Deputy Head / Head’s deputy; 🔸 Deep understanding of Email / SMS / Push / Telegram channels; 🔸 Strong analytical and data-driven approach to retention; 🔸 Experience working with CIS, Asia, Europe, LATAM regions — experience with Asia is especially interesting; 🔸 Ability to build processes, develop a team, and make strategic decisions independently.
