Head of CRM | Crypto Casino

International crypto casino project is looking for a Head of CRM with strong hands-on retention expertise.

🎯Important: We are considering only candidates with proven experience in crypto casino / crypto gambling environments.

Key requirements: — strong Smartico expertise — deep understanding of retention & lifecycle mechanics in crypto gambling — VIP / reactivation / bonus strategy experience — segmentation & automation flows — omnichannel CRM (email / push / SMS / onsite) — experience leading CRM teams and processes — strong analytical mindset (LTV, churn, retention metrics)
