We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of CRM to build and scale a high-performing CRM function across the full player lifecycle.
• Own CRM strategy focused on retention, LTV & revenue growth • Build lifecycle communication: onboarding, retention, reactivation, VIP • Manage CRM mechanics: bonuses, FS, cashback, loyalty, tournaments • Lead segmentation, personalization & automation initiatives • Analyze CRM performance, A/B tests & player behavior • Build and manage CRM team & processes • Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Marketing & VIP teams
• 5+ years in CRM, including leadership experience • Strong iGaming / Betting / high-volume B2C background • Deep understanding of player lifecycle & CRM economics • Experience with CRM platforms, automation & omnichannel communication • Strong analytical & data-driven mindset • Experience building and scaling CRM teams • Upper-Intermediate+ English
