About the company: ▫️ White Label Casino + Sportsbook ▫️ GEO: South Africa ▫️ Local license ▫️ Live since autumn last year ▫️ Team x2 in half a year and we continue to grow
What's important: ▫️ 4+ years in CRM in iGaming ▫️ Mandatory experience with Sportsbook ▫️ 1+ year in a Lead/Head role ▫️ Strategic & data-driven approach ▫️ Understanding of player lifecycle, segmentation, retention mechanics ▫️ Conversational English & Russian
What to do: ▫️ Build CRM strategy with a focus on retention and LTV ▫️ Develop and optimize player journey (casino + sportsbook) ▫️ Segmentation, trigger and promo campaigns ▫️ Work with bonus policy and retention ▫️ Analytics, A/B tests, hypotheses and scaling ▫️ Hire and manage the CRM team
