✨ Vacancy: Head of CRM — iGaming

We are looking for a strong Head of CRM to join an international iGaming team to develop CRM and Retention in Casino and Sportsbook. We need a leader who can build a CRM strategy, manage a team, and turn player data into growth in LTV, Retention, and revenue.

What you need to do: • Develop CRM & Retention strategy: Activation, Retention, Reactivation, Churn Prevention, VIP. • Manage and develop the CRM team, set KPIs, and build processes. • Develop player segmentation by value, behavior, and lifecycle. • Create and optimize Customer Journeys: Welcome, FTD → Repeat Deposit, Retention, Reactivation, VIP. • Lead campaigns in Email, SMS, Push, In-app / onsite. • Implement A/B testing and Holdout Groups. • Develop bonus mechanics for Casino and Sportsbook: Free Spins, Free Bets, Cashback, Deposit / Reload Bonuses. • Manage bonus budget, ROI, and Bonus-to-GGR. • Develop VIP CRM and work with the VIP team on retention strategies. • Analyze LTV, ARPU, Retention, Churn, incremental GGR, ROI, FTD, R2D, GGR, NGR. • Work with BI and Product, use SQL and BI tools to find growth opportunities. • Monitor compliance and Responsible Gambling requirements.

What is important: ✔ 4+ years in iGaming CRM / Retention, including Head / Lead / Senior experience. ✔ Team management experience of 5+ people. ✔ Deep understanding of Casino and/or Sportsbook lifecycle and retention economics. ✔ Proven CRM cases with measurable impact on revenue. ✔ Strong skills in cohort analysis, A/B testing, Holdout, and attribution. ✔ Proficient SQL + Power BI or equivalent. ✔ Experience with CRM/CDP: Customer.io, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or equivalents. ✔ Understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warming, and inbox placement. ✔ Strong leadership and communication skills. ✔ English B2+.
