We are looking for a Head of CRM / Retention to build the retention direction for a new online casino brand in the CIS market.
Tasks: • development of CRM strategy • player retention and reactivation • customer journey and segmentation • bonus logic and VIP mechanics • communication management (email, push, messengers, etc.) • growth of LTV and player activity
Important: • experience in iGaming CRM / Retention • understanding of VIP and player behavior • experience with analytics and segmentation • independence and initiative
The project is launching within an international holding company with its own platform and payment infrastructure.
