Requirements: Experience in iGaming (Tier-1 markets). 2+ years in CRM/Retention, at least 1 year in a leadership role. Ability to work with data and make decisions. Leadership qualities. English Upper-Intermediate+ and knowledge of the Ukrainian language. Development and optimization of retention strategy (LTV, ARPU, retention). Communication management: email, push, SMS, in-app, WhatsApp, etc. Analysis of player behavior, segmentation, A/B tests. Team leadership and collaboration with product, marketing, and analytics.
