Vacancy: Head of Retention (Tier‑1, iGaming)

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Head of Retention to build a client retention department from scratch in our fast-growing and ambitious iGaming company. If you have deep expertise in Tier‑1 markets, a passion for data-driven growth, and a desire to scale your own CRM system, we would be happy to have you on the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Building a client retention department from scratch based on an in-house CRM platform.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to maximize user retention and reactivation across different GEOs.
• Managing communication across all channels: Email, SMS, In‑App, Web‑Push, WhatsApp, Telegram.
• Audience segmentation, building personalized scenarios, conducting A/B tests, and turning insights into revenue.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Tier‑1 markets is mandatory.
• 2+ years in the iGaming industry, with at least 1 year in a Head of Retention role or a management position.
• Ability to build business reports (funnels, segments, communication chains) and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in team building, employee recruitment, and implementing effective motivation systems.
